Before you consider a return, please take a moment to understand how our products are made.
All our products are handcrafted by artisans in India, resulting in each piece is unique in its own way. Thus your order may differ slightly from the image you see on our website.
•There will be no refunds in any case, without any exceptions. If your request for return is approved, you will be issued a credit note.
•Your product is eligible for return/exchange If an incorrect product is mailed to you OR damaged in transit.
•Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case.
•If you would like to return any of the items purchased please contact our
customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
– Order number
– Delivery address
– Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product,
please send us an image of the item

If approved, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused and in original packing condition.
Alternatively, you can ship the item back to us as well and supply the tracking information to us.
Shipping/ reverse pick-up charges will be levied both for incoming and re-shipping of exchanged item if the original item is not defective. Only in the case of defective item are the shipping charges for pick up or re-shipping are waived.
Items ordered with incorrect size will also be charged for reverse pick-up and re-shipping, and will not entail any shipping charge waivers. Payment for additonal shipping charges can be made via UPI or bank transfer details sent by the customer care team.
Pre- orders & Customised Orders
•All pre-orders and customised orders will require full payment at the time of order confirmation.
